Seminar/Thesis: Smart Eyeglasses Frame Parametric Modelling
Background:
The smart eyeglasses for the dietary monitoring project require the eyeglasses frame to fit the patient’s head, including the mechanical attachment between the head and the frame as well as sensor placement and orientation. Therefore parametric modeling of the eyeglasses for ease of modification is required. OpenSCAD, an open-source parametric CAD software would be used to generate the necessary framework for the smart eyeglasses frame model.
Aim:
Generate a parametric model of the smart eyeglasses
Learning Objectives:
- OpenSCAD Parametric Modelling
- Automated Digital Design
- Eyeglass Design
