Health Markers

CDH

Based on medical monitoring data, we develop explainable health markers (aka. digital biomarkers) for medical decision support and patient self-management. Most of our marker research is based on combined behavioural and physiological monitoring, incorporating context information to interpret body function. Our objectives are:

(1) to robustly estimate existing health markers from sensor data,
(2) to develop and validate new health markers,
(3) to develop and validate machine learning stacks to derive health markers.
