Biography
Florian is a PhD candidate at the Chair of Sensor Technology at the University of Passau. His research interests include ubiquitous sensing, pattern recognition, and tracking the circadian phase. Before, he obtained his Master of Science in Embedded systems in 2012 from TU Eindhoven in the area of wireless, energy harvesting sensors within the ACTLab group. Florian obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering at the University of Applied Sciences Esslingen in 2009. He conducted his bachelor thesis at Mercedes-Benz Research & Development in Palo Alto, CA.
