NUM-COMPASS is a collaboration of the Netzwerk Universitätsmedizin, which was founded to develop best practices for pandemic health applications that can be used in a unified framework. Scientists and industry partners from a wide range of backgrounds gather to combine know-how in a coordination and technology platform for pandemic applications. Unifying the variety of apps, which have been developed during the COVID-19 pandemic is a crucial task to make their data interoperable and interpretable for study contexts. The Chair of Digital Health helps developing conformity testing pipelines within NUM-COMPASS. We aim at automating both conformity tests regarding underlying FHIR resources in a pandemic app, as well as privacy tests, which is crucial, particularly when dealing with health data.
NUM-COMPASS is funded by the Netzwerk Universitätsmedizin program of the Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung (BMBF).
